Chatuchak Weekend Market is one of the world’s largest weekend markets that covers an area of 27 Acres altogether divided into 27 Sections. It contains more than 15,000 booths selling goods from every part of Thailand.

Chatuchak Weekend Market is a very popular shopping venue to Thais and to tourists. Almost everything can be found here at a bargaining local price, like antique wood carving, clay handicrafts, local souvenirs from every parts of Thailand, Buddhist amulets, wooden furnitures, hand made decorated flowers, plant, ceramic wares,Thai Bejarong, Chinese wares, stones, trendy fashions, silk, hill-tribe outfits, and more.

Try to alloccate a day here if you are into shopping.
Get a map at the counter near the entrance.
Wear light clothings as it can get very hot.Drink lots of water and do try the coconut ice-cream there, its delicious!

How to Get There : SkyTrain to (N8) Mo Chit Station (Sukhumvit Line), Take exit 1 and walk straight 100m to Chatuchak Park on your right.
