Singapore Zoo

Singapore Zoo is home to more than 2,800 animals representing over 300 species of mammals, birds and reptiles. Since 1973, Singapore Zoo has been known for having the most beautiful wildlife park settings in the world, where animals roam freely in open and naturalistic habitats. You can choose to trek on foot or hop onto one of the guided trams to explore the 26-hectare wildlife park.

Getting There

MRT & Bus
The nearest MRT stations to Singapore Zoo are on the North-South (Red) line. Catch the respective connecting public buses that will take you right to the Zoo.

* Available on Sundays and Public Holidays only.

Alternative way is to hop on to any taxi or self drive there. Singapore Zoo is about 30-minute drive away from the city.
